At ATHENA YOUTHENCORE HAIR & SKIN STUDIO, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your appointment or treatment. We offer a flexible refund policy to ensure that you can easily request a refund if needed.
If you need to cancel your appointment or treatment, you are eligible for a refund. Please note that a deduction of ₹500 will be made from the total refund amount.
Refunds will be processed on the 11th every month. To initiate the refund process, please provide your bank details with IFSC code. UPI details are not accepted for refunds.

To process your refund, please provide the following bank details:
– Bank Name
– Account Number
– Account Holder’s Name
– IFSC Code
Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days from the date of processing.
Registration fees are non-refundable. However, if you are eligible for a refund, the registration fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If you need to cancel your appointment or treatment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
